Getting older has really done a number on my sleep schedule. Even on weekends, I’m rarely up past midnight and rarely still in bed past 8 a.m. But this new sleep schedule has also opened up a whole new world to me—BREAKFAST.
And I’m not talking about cereal. I’m talking about nova lox, eggs benedict, sausage biscuits and gravy, bacon, bacon, and some more bacon for good measure.
